Website enquiries

When you submit the enquiry form, the website sends the information to the group contact route and records the enquiry so it can be screened, assigned and answered. Do not submit confidential technical information through the initial form.

Information we collect

The form may collect your name, organisation, business email, phone number, country, area of interest, message, landing page, referral source, submission time and the internet address used for basic security and rate limiting.

How the information is used

Information is used to respond to the enquiry, identify the responsible specialist entity, prepare a proposal where requested, protect the form from misuse and retain an appropriate business record. Access should be limited to authorised personnel with a business need.

Routing within the group

An enquiry may be routed to Extreme Energy Solutions, Energy Up International LLC or Global Energy Up according to the requested service, location and independence requirements. The Oman Representative Centre may support local coordination but is not a separate service-delivery entity.

Retention and requests

Enquiry records are retained only for the period required for business, contractual, legal and security purposes, then securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with the applicable internal retention rule. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting the group.

Analytics and external services

The website may use approved analytics after configuration to understand aggregate use and conversion performance. It also links to official EPD records, entity websites, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, and embeds project media hosted by Google Drive. Those external services apply their own privacy terms.
